Ted Shaw - Senior Consultant, Quality Assurance

Ted Shaw joined the Bridge360 team in 2006 as the Senior Consultant, Quality Assurance. He is responsible for managing the verification and validation process and deliverables for Bridge360's resources and high profile clients. He drives the strategic solutions necessary to ensure Bridge360's capabilities and positioning are highly competitive and effective. Ted establishes the quality bar for Bridge360.

Starting out in operating system software development at IBM, Ted developed a keen understanding of system software with over 30 years of experience at the company. As a National Language Version (NLV) coordinator, builder and tester, Ted planned, trained and tested the various language deliverables for functionality and linguistic quality. He built international test teams and process improvements in the global quality assurance area and was recognized for his leadership for many years. After retiring from IBM, he was a consultant, providing programming and database services for private healthcare companies.
